Columbus is finished with all his exploring and is now looking for his furever home.
He is the most affectionate cat you will ever meet. He just wants to be with you all day and night and will lap up all the affection and pats you can give him. Personal space is not something that he cares about. He will be all over your head, lap, chest, legs, ANYTHING you can give him. He just LOVES his pats.
The other advantage with Columbus is the water saving. His drooling will allow you to never shower again. (yes its pretty noticeable drools). So for anyone currently in a drought, he could be the perfect cat for you! But for the rest of us, you need to be okay with his leaking mouth.
The very small introduction to my dogs did indicate that he wasn't at all impressed with them and the pound at Yeppoon where he was found indicated that he wasn't fond of other cats either.
Columbus would suit any home that was dog and cat free and he could be your one and only baby. He will reward you with his undivided attention, constant companionship and love.
