LAST LITTER PROGRAM APPLICATION
The Last Litter Program is designed to help end unplanned pregnancies in pets.
You surrender the pups from the litter and we will pay for the dam to be desexed at one of our vets.

This form is an application and does not guarantee acceptance in to our Last Litter Program. We are a small rescue with limited funds, carers & resources and can only accept a very limited number of litters at any time.
We will contact you asap to inform you if we can help at this time.
We do not charge a surrender fee but donations (monetary & physical) are greatly appreciated.
