Meet Molly 🐾
Looking for a tiny best friend who's equal parts walking buddy, professional sunbaker, and world-class cuddle expert? Allow us to introduce Molly. At 15 years old, Molly has perfected the art of balance. She likes to start her day with a brisk 20–30 minute walk to keep her petite little figure in shape, then she's ready to spend the rest of the day doing what she does best—supervising you from the couch, snoozing in a sunny spot, or making sure there's always room for her right beside you (or preferably under the blankets in your bed).

Molly is the definition of a Velcro dog. If you're sitting down, she'll be next to you. If you're moving around the house, she'll be keeping an eye on your important business. Personal space? She thinks it's overrated. She absolutely loves her food (don't we all?), so she's happiest if everyone simply lets her enjoy her meals in peace. She's not interested in sharing snacks or having anyone poke around her dinner bowl, and she'll happily tell you so. Respect her dining etiquette, and everyone gets along just fine. Despite a rough start to life, Molly hasn't let it dull her sparkle. She came into rescue with a large malignant tumour, which has since been successfully removed, and she's now been given a clean bill of health. She's ready to leave that chapter behind and enjoy the pampered retirement she has well and truly earned.

She still has a playful streak too and loves having a game of razz with her favourite human. It's hard not to smile when you see her cheeky little personality come out. Molly could happily live with respectful children who understand that every lady appreciates a bit of personal space now and then. She's also happy to share her home with calm, polite dogs—as long as they're not constantly in her face trying to be best friends.

Molly isn't looking for adventure, marathons or mountain hikes. She's looking for someone to love, someone to follow from room to room, someone to share the couch with, and someone who won't mind a little warm foxie tucked into bed at night. If your idea of the perfect day includes a short walk, plenty of cuddles, and having a loyal little shadow by your side, Molly is ready to meet you.

After everything she's been through, we'd love nothing more than to see this sweet girl spend her golden years exactly where she belongs—safe, loved, and completely spoiled.

MEDICAL NOTES: Nil Known

BEHAVIOURAL NOTES:
Molly thrives in a home where she has plenty of company. She can become anxious when left alone for extended periods, so she would be best suited to someone who is home most of the time or can gradually help build her confidence with being alone.

Molly is a sensitive girl who takes time to trust new people. She prefers to approach interactions on her own terms and may move away or give a warning snap if she feels uncomfortable or pressured. With patience, understanding, and by allowing her to build trust at her own pace, she forms strong bonds with her people.

When it comes to other dogs, Molly can be a little unsure, particularly around dogs that are overly energetic or invade her personal space. She does well with calm, respectful dogs who give her the time and space she needs to feel comfortable.
