Rusty is a cheerful 13-year-old gummy gentleman who loves nothing more than cuddling with his humans and getting attention from other dogs.
After recently undergoing surgery to remove all his teeth, he's adjusting to life without them. He thrives in a home where someone is around often and enjoys going for walks. Rusty is an easygoing walker, though he can get excited about meeting new friends and may try to dash towards them. If he senses tension on the leash, he will slow down or pause to wait for you. Initially a bit cautious, Rusty quickly opens up in a loving family environment. Rusty will come with some belongings that came with him from his home which includes a bed and will have some current food for either transition or to get you started, plus a collar/harness and leash Rusty has been known to jump over short fences and digging under them, so will either need enough stimulation to stay inside or a yard that has high fences and can't dig underneath or something to make it harder to dig under!
