Foster Carer treatment order form
Please follow the below links to order Flea, Heartworm, Intestinal Wormer & Tapewormer for your foster.
ALL fosters must be on regular and up-to-date treatments. If you are unsure as to what your foster needs or when they are due, please contact your coordinator and they can check the system.
ALL animals require up-to-date FLEA, INTESTINAL WORMER and TAPEWORMER.
Dogs also must have up-to-date HEARTWORMER.
This is to remain up-to-date during their entire time in care.
Items will be posted from Redbank Plains, 4301.
Or alternatively pick up is available from 20 Knight St, Redbank Plains. Please contact [email protected] to arrange a suitable time to collect your order.
